She has worked with both public and private institutions with student populations ranging from under 500 to more than 30,000. She understands the complexities of meeting the needs of users within the framework of university, private colleges and community college systems.

Campus planning and program development are key areas of her practice. She enjoys working with clients to develop unique processes and projects that reflect institutional values. Her practice is built on repeat client relationships, a testament to her skill in managing complex processes that involve diverse groups of people and interests.

Three major student housing projects, a student health center and the student union were programmed, designed and constructed or renovated under her leadership.
